All open Invitational Tournaments are:

• No Protests.
• No New Innings after 80 minutes (umpire time).
• Rain Delays/Cancellations - decision of UIC and Tournament Director.
• Four games guaranteed unless games are cancelled due to bad weather. 
• No refunds after three games played.
• SBBC Rules apply.
